Portrait Photography Workshop – outdoor portrait photography training
 Â
Do you want to be able to take good photos of friends and family? Perhaps you dream of becoming a professional photographer one day? Either way, this outdoor portrait photography training session will give you the skills needed to create good quality images. You will learn key techniques as well as what to look out for in terms of backgrounds and natural light. To grow your confidence we will work with a quality model who is comfortable in front of camera and will enable you to get some really good shots. We will also look at how you can make people look more relaxed for a more genuine looking portrait. You will be guided by a highly experienced photography tutor with over 70 international awards to his name.
The group is limited to keep it small so that everyone has plenty of time to get their own shots with the model. You will also have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and to get feedback on your images on the day. We will be working with natural light so you don’t need to have any lights or flash equipment. No prior experience is necessary. You will get much more effective results working with a dedicated camera, however a phone camera could also work (with some limitations). DSLR cameras or mirrorless cameras are recommended for best results.
Book your place today to avoid missing out! If buying for someone else, please check that the workshop would be suitable for them before purchasing (skill level, equipment needed, location).
We will be working outdoors at 2 metres or more from the model. There will be plenty of room for participants to spread out and maintain a distance as required. Limited to just 4 participants ensures a great experience for everyone.
