Beginners Photography Workshop – Norwich 2018
Have you got a new camera? Are you unsure how to use it or get the most out of it? This photography training session could be for you. Our beginners photography workshop returns to the beautiful city of Norwich in 2018. We will look at various elements of how to compose a good photo as well as some of the technical controls available on your camera. Learn how to make the most of your subject and create better images.
One of our recent students on a beginners workshop said; “I thought the pace of instruction with time to practice excellent. It had all the content I wanted to cover in a beginners course… Overall this was a small amount of my time well invested, I am already getting better pictures and consequently more enjoyment.” (Maggie)
The beginners photography workshop takes place around the riverside and older part of the city. Enjoy the beauty of the old buildings in the heart of Norwich. Explore different ways of photographing well known landmarks. Gain control so that you can create images you are proud of. Any type of camera will be fine for the beginners workshop. You will be able to benefit more if your camera allows you to control the aperture (e.g. it has an “A” or “Av” mode). If you are in any doubt about equipment please do get in touch before booking.
The session involves a gentle walk round. Please check with us if you have mobility problems. Final details will be emailed to participants a few days beforehand. The meeting place may differ slightly from the location advertised (though it will be nearby). Please ensure that we also have a contact phone number in case there is a problem with email. If you are buying this as a gift for someone, please ensure they are able to attend (tickets are not normally refundable – please see terms & conditions for further details). In the event of bad weather we will reschedule.
Limited places are available to keep the group small. That way everyone has plenty of opportunity to learn and ask questions. So, please make sure to book your place early to avoid disappointment.
This event is fully booked.
